A Football defensive end who recently played for the Miami Dolphins has announced his retirement on Wednesday evening in an Instagram Post.
NFL Early Career
Chase Winovich, who played college football for Michigan, and then in 2019 he was picked by the New England Patriots in a third-round selection. In 2019 NFL week 2, he won the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for outstanding performance against the Miami Dolphins.
After playing for 2 years for Patriots, he moved to Cleveland Browns in 2022, then Houston Texans in 2023, and and was recently signed by the practice squad by Miami Dolphins in 2023.
Former Miami Dolphins DE Winovich Retired from the NFL
He was recently released from the Miami Dolphins’ practice squad last week, receiving an injury settlement as part of his departure from the team.
On his Instagram account he shared the information of his retirement and thanked his fans for love and support throughout his career.
