Anthony Edwards Blasted Refs After Timberwolves Win

In a post-game tirade, Anthony Edwards, the rising star of the Minnesota Timberwolves, didn’t hold back as he vehemently criticized the referees following their recent victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

In post game interview with Lea B. Olsen (she is Keynote Speaker, NBA & WNBA Sports Broadcaster, Professional Speaker Motivating Corporate & Sales Teams, Private Board Director, TCB 100) Edwards expressing his frustration, Edwards stated,

“Imma take the fine cause the refs did not give us no calls tonight.”

The passionate player lamented the lack of favorable calls for his team, highlighting the physicality they had to endure throughout the game.

“We had to play through every bump, every grab,

Edwards exclaimed, shedding light on their challenging circumstances on the court. Despite the adversity, the Timberwolves managed to secure the win, leaving Edwards puzzled as he concluded,

“I don’t know how we won tonight.”

Yesterday on January 29, 2024 in a closely contested matchup, the Minnesota Timberwolves emerged victorious against the Oklahoma City Thunder with a final score of 107-101. 

The intensity of the game was reflected in the quarter-by-quarter breakdown, with the Timberwolves narrowly leading 29-28 in the first quarter and maintaining a slim advantage of 20-19 in the second quarter. However, the tables turned in the third quarter as the Thunder outscored the Timberwolves 30-24. 

The final quarter saw a spirited comeback from Minnesota, securing a 34-24 lead and ultimately sealing the win. With this hard-fought victory, the Timberwolves improved their record to 33 wins and 14 losses, while the Thunder’s record now stands at 32 wins and 15 losses. 

The game showcased the resilience and determination of both teams, making it a thrilling encounter for basketball enthusiasts.
