Brandon Aubrey Record Breaks Most Consecutive Field Goals NFL Record By Any Player in History

Dallas Cowboys rookie kicker Brandon Aubrey has made a record for the most consecutive field goal attempts by any player to start a career in NFL history. He attempted 19 field goals in NFL season 2023 so far and scored 100% of attempts.

The NFL record for most field goals without missing to start a career was 18, set by the Travis Coons in season 2015. Coons was a kicker for the Cleveland Browns at that time. Now, this record is owned by the Dallas Cowboys’ kicker Brandon Aubrey, with his first field goal attempt of 51 yards against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football Week 9 he broke the record.

Most Field Goals Made without Missing to Start

On October 29, NFL Week 8 – Brandon made two field goals against the Los Angeles Rams, leading the Cowboys to a 43 – 20 win and level the NFL all-time holder record. In the game, one of the field goals was a 58-yarder which is the longest field goal made by Brandon Aubrey in his NFL career so far and also the longest field goal by any rookie since 2019.

In the post game conference against Rams, when media asked about the record tie Brandon said “Yeah, not something I’ve thought a lot about, just trying to go out there and do my job,”
